South Burlington, VT – August 4, 2008 – Jarrett Law Office, PLC a law firm that concentrates its practice on estate and elder law, is pleased to announce that Jennifer R. Luitjens, Esq. has joined their team of legal professionals.

Attorney Luitjens comes to Jarrett Law Office having spent over ten years as an elder law attorney practicing in several law firms in Massachusetts, Kentucky and Vermont.  Her practice focuses on wills, trusts, estate planning, guardianship, probate, and elder law, including Medicaid planning.  She graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and received her Juris Doctorate from the Boston College Law School.  She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Vermont.
 
Jennifer is certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), a non-profit organization accredited by the American Bar Association.  She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), is the President-Elect of the Vermont Chapter of NAELA and serves on the Board of Directors for NELF and various NELF committees, and previously served on the CELA Recertification Examination Committee.  She lives in Jericho with her husband and three children.
