SNT Planning FAQs

Jarrett | Hoyt provides a Vermont Supplemental Needs Trust planning so that government benefits are preserved, providing assets to meet needs beyond food, shelter, and clothing and the medical and long term supports and services of Medicaid.

A SNT funds those additional needs and are designed specifically to supplement, not replace public benefits. The Trust is disbursed to third parties who provide goods and services for use and enjoyment by the disabled beneficiary.
