Glenn A. Jarrett is a founder and is Of Counsel at Jarrett | Hoyt, PLC. Glenn limits his practice to estate planning and elder law, including drafting wills, trusts and incapacity documents. His Special Needs Trust Planning, Medicaid – Long Term Care planning, and guardianship work have guided generations of Vermonters.

Glenn is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is a graduate of Middlebury College and Georgetown University Law Center, and previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Albert W. Coffrin of the United States District Court in Burlington.

A member of the Chittenden County and Vermont Bar Associations and the Governor’s Commission on Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, he lives in Burlington with his wife. They have two adult sons and two grandsons.
